We shall not be held responsible if any of the delays been caused by either client or service provider\u2019s conduct.<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>If the contract or service lapse because of clients conduct client will be liable to pay us our agreed fees.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ol><p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><h1><strong>2- Fees &amp; Packages<\/strong><\/h1><p><strong>2.1- Products or services can be sold by reference or quoted as professional fee, the price mentioned in the contract will the price at the day of the contract.<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>2.2- Price of the product or service will be subject to clause 1.2 stated above.<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>2.3- Once order received if you change any services not mentioned in your contract fees will be changed accordingly.<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>2.4- Any price changes to any on-going service you will be notified via electronically and will be given 7 days to reimburse the difference or to the 1<sup>st<\/sup> of the coming month.<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>2.5- As and when if any changes in the fees have been incurred due to any government policies or changes due to annual increase in covering rising costs, we reserve the right to change, amend and notify the client irrespective of any quotes undertaken by us.<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><h1><strong>3- Terms of payment<\/strong><\/h1><p><strong>3.1- Our fees will be quoted in British pound sterling (\u00a3).<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>3.2- Quoted fees will be determined upon individuals\u2019 requirements and can be altered any time during the process.<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>3.3- All payments should only be made via following methods:<\/strong><\/p><ol><li><strong>a) electronic transfer to our nominated bank account.<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>b) bankers draft payable to our business name.<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>c) cash paid over the counter in our nominated bank account.<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p><strong>3.4- In an event of cancellation of a bankers draft you will be charged \u00a350.00 or equivalent in Pak rupees. Will stop your services and if that causes any delay we will not be held responsible.<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>3.5- If you fail to pay any amount you will be liable for a default interest rate specified by the late payment of commercial debts interest act 1988.<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>3.6- If the client revokes the contract\/agreement or changes his\/her mind or is found to have criminal record after signing the contract and paying deposit, shall nevertheless be deemed or entitled to no refund for the amount paid for services till that date.<\/strong><\/p><h1><strong>4- Delivery &amp; Completion dates<\/strong><\/h1><p><strong>\u00a0\u00a04.1- We undertake to provide complete service within the time frame mentioned on the contract if no time frame is mentioned, or if no time frame is specified, within 90 days of the date of contract signing.<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>4.2- We will not be held responsible in any circumstances for any delays\/ or failure to deliver or perform you deemed is because of a result of our negligence.<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>4.3- All contracts\/agreements will be voided due to any financial, economic disaster, pandemic, or any acts of God (earthquake, tycoon, failure of supplies). <\/strong><\/p><p><strong>4.4- If you require any customized services, you will be given a quotation which could be different then our normal prices and delivery and completion time can vary depending on the product or services you have asked.<\/strong><\/p><h1><strong>5- Onlin<\/strong><strong>e Marketing Services<\/strong><\/h1><p><strong>5.1- We utilize a range of online marketing and social media marketing services (media campaigns, email campaigns, google ads etc.)<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>5.2- We try to update latest updates about products or services provided however it is customers responsibility to verify and discuss given information provided at any of our media platforms with our office and finalize their service in a contract in electronic format.<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>5.3- We, our staff, directors, or any representative will not be responsible if client have missed any information which changed after agreeing to provide a service as it involves different countries, and they can introduce new legislation any time.<\/strong><\/p><h1><strong>6-<\/strong> <strong>Indemnity<\/strong><\/h1><p><strong>You shall indemnify us<\/strong><strong> against any loss, damage, cost, or expense (including solicitors\u2019 fees, service charges and other expenses) which we may suffer or incur because of:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li><strong>6.1<\/strong><strong>\u00a0any claim by any third party that your Information or Content infringes the Intellectual Property Right of a third party or is fraudulent, offensive, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or menacing or causes annoyance, inconvenience, or constitutes unsolicited advertising or promotional material.<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>6.2-<\/strong><strong>\u00a0work done in accordance with your instructions involving the infringement of any Intellectual Property Right (including but not limited to framing or linking to third parties\u2019 websites).<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>6.3-<\/strong><strong>\u00a0any claim by a third party suffering subsequent faults and damages caused to hardware, software programs, or such damages as loss of production and earnings due to materials supplied by you for use by us.<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>6.4-<\/strong><strong>\u00a0It is your responsibility to be familiar with the relevant data protection and privacy laws.
